Why I do what I do...

 

​From a very young age my mother taught me to see beauty in everything and my parents always fostered my hungry imagination and need for creative expression... and since that time I have loved adding small tokens of beauty to the lives of those around me.

 

As a child I often wrote poems and stashed them in drawers to be discovered later, decorated the lamps in my family home with earrings, glasses and scarves to make my family laugh, and used writing, drawing, painting and dance to explore both the outer world and my inner landscape.

 

As an adult, I have used art for both self & social expression, therapy, meditation, business and pleasure and I am increasingly in awe of its power.
